Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy for Damaged Items: We take great care in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged item, it is returnable only if you provide proper video proof of the damage. The video must clearly show the issue and the product in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate a return.

– Exchange Policy for Size Issues: If you need to exchange an item due to a size issue, we are happy to provide the next size, subject to availability. The product must be returned with tags intact and must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

– Refunds: Refunds for damaged items will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
